What is a multicellular organism?
All plants and animals which we see around us are made up of millions and billions of cells. These organisms are called multicellular organisms.
Multicellular organisms are composed of many cells that work together to form tissues, organs, and organ systems.
Multicellular organisms reproduce through sexual reproduction, involving the fusion of specialized reproductive cells (gametes) from two individuals.
Some examples of Multicellular organisms are Animals, Plants, Fungi, Algae, Protists and etc…
In multicellular organisms, different life activities are carried out by different cells.
